Homework Answers

Answer #1

ANSWER - CORRECT OPTION IS B

as it is seen that the athelete is unable to score good percentile in the vertical jumps, which are directly related to the develoment of muscles like quads, hamstrings and calves .

therefore, out of the following exercises he need to do that exercise by which he can make his hamstrings and quads strong, out of the following exercise it is the option 2 ,in which high intensity squat workout is there, which helps in develpoing the hamstring and other muscles.

also, along with the option b exercise, option d exercise will help too, but for more better results one should go with option b

the other exercise, ie high intensity bench press is for chest and biceps, pylometrics is for strength and inteval traingin is for aerobic fitness
