Variables like graduated cylinder,ice cubes and test tubes are kept same in the experiment. This experiment is done to analyze lactase activity in skim milk.

First of all, take the whole skim milk that you have taken and add few drops of lactase drops. Checkout the glucose strips placed and analyze the amount of glucose. If it turns out that there is no glucose, repeat the actvity with increase amount of lactase drops.

You can only perform the experiment only when you have been granted permission to do so.
