ANSWER- the very basic explanation of the above mentioned cause is that in older women the chances of increased maternal meiotic disjunction occurs which results into autosomal trisomy. the eggs of older woman have higher chances of meiotic disjunction resulting into autosomal trisomy.

therefore one can say,that the woman with age more than 35 or 36 years have higher chances of giving birth to autosomal trisomy.but in practical condition this is not the result. as woman with age less than 32 or 30 conceive more childs and have chances of autosomal trisomy while the woman with age more than 35 or 36 conceive less babies or rarely conceive baby.

therefore practically one can say woman with less age group too reproduce babies with autosomal trisomy but when considered scientifically,woman with more agr groups have higher chances of conceiving baby with autosomal trisomy.
