Isoforms are functionally same or similar but structurally not identical. Isoform proteins are proteins that show similar function but their sequences are similar but not exactly same. They can either be formed from different genes through transcription and translation or they can be formed from same gene but became a little different during post transcription modification(alternate splicing) due to which from same transcript sequentially different protein will be showing similar or same function.
