Symbiotic relationship :- when both organisms are beneficial in the presence of each other (+,+).Types of symbiosis :- ectosymbiotis( when one organism live on the surface of another organism ) , endosymbiotis ( when one organism live inside another organism).

examples :- Lichen :- fungal and alagal association .Fungi absorb nutrients from soil and alage show photosynthesis and give food to the fungi.

Rhizobium with root nodules of leguminous plants . Rhizobium is a nitrogen fixing bacteria absorb nitrogen from soil and provide nitrogen to the plants.plant provide shelter to the Rhizobium bacteria.
