Myfitnesspal helps to understand time to time requirement of nutrients and energy loss by calculating the energy through the foods i eat to calculate calorie taken and the weight change and gives a progressive result of macronutrients and microntrients

Once a day or week or time period is completed, it helped me to understand the changes happened because of my choices taken using complete dairy option
