The answer is Lipids.

During condensation reactions monomer molecules combine to form a polymer with the loss of a small molecule usually a water molecule.In case of synthesis of macromolecules like Carbohydrates,Nucelic acids and proteins,the monomeric subunits undergo condensation reactions forming the Polymers with the release of water molecule,whereas in case of Lipid synthesis there is no such thing like liberation of water molecule.Lipids are not produced by the condensation of monomeric subunits.
