Answer: Statement 1 is true concerning the tertiary structure. Because tertiary strucrure of protein is held by ionic bond, hydrophobic bond, hydrogen bond and disulfide bonds

Statement 2 is false because it says only Peptide where as the as discussed in the above statement it is held by ionic bond, hydrophobic bond, hydrogen bond and disulfide bonds. Statement 2 is true for primary structure.

Statement 3 is false because it does not refers to teritiary structure but primary structure which is a sequence of amino acids in a polypeptide chain.

Structure 4 is false because tertiary structure will have only a single polypeptide chain associated with protein domains
