Answere : A cell from a unicellular organism would be more complex than a cell from a multicellular organism. The cell of a unicellular organism has to carry out all the functions it needs to live whereas cells of multicellular organism may be specialized in function. Unicellular organism has to perform all basic function individually. Multicellular organism is made up of more than one cell, with groups of cells which differentiate for particular function.

So, a cell of a multicellular organism is less complex than the cell of a unicellular organism.
