Translation is a process by which protein is synthesized using RNA molecules namingly mRNA that codes for the protein sequence, tRNA that brings the aminoacids for protein production, rRNA which forms translation organ ribsome

tRNA holding the upcoming amino acid gets attached to the A site and than it gets attached to the growing polypeptide chain by peptidyl transferase activity in P site and than empty tRNA moves to E site . Hence after peptidyl transferase reaction and before translocation process, anticodon will be in A site and a polypeptide unit will be present in p site .
