Meselson- Stahl Experiments Proved Semi - Conservating Method by,  During DNA Replication the TWO parents DNA strands acts as a DNA Template which makes a newly synthesized DNA strand.

In this experiment, The bacteria Was first cultered in the N15 Heavy Nitrogen medium. Its DNA Equipped N15 heavy Isotope.

later it was transffered to N14 light medium, it equipes N14 Isotope. So the Progeny Produced By these both the DNA's were expressed (both N15 and N14). and later progenies produced one light ,one heavy as well as one semiconserved DNA.

Meselson -Stahl experiment was totally about progenies DNA was Synthesized By the Influence And Expression of both the parent template Strands.
