The symptoms are suggestive of the low blood sugar and the symptoms disappeared after eating sweets or small amount of food because the this diet contains sugar and supplies to the body . Which relieves the symptoms after diet and this condition is called hypoglycemia due to increased release of insulin from pancreas

Normal blood glucose levels are 70-100 mg/dL and levels below 70 mg/dL cause hypoglycemic condition
