Through oceanography , we have learned some amazing fact about the ocean , though there are still many question to answer, like how many species of plant and animal actually exist in the world's ocean. oceanography is the study of world's ocean , including aspect of it's biology , chemistry, physics, geology and meteorology , among many others.

for example, chemical oceanographer study the composition of seawater and the chemical interaction of seawater with the atmosphere and sea floor. biological oceanographer study plant and animal in the marine environment. geological oceanographer explore the ocean floor and the processes that form its mountain, canyon and valleys. physical oceanographer study the physical processes in the ocean including wave, tide, current eddies, and interaction with the atmosphere.
