Pick three different environments and research the types of microorganisms that inhabit this environment. Provide pictures and names of three different organisms per each environment (make sure to include both eukaryotes and prokaryotes). Make sure to cite your sources.

  2. Near your house
  3. Far ( or very far ) from your house

***I am very confused on what this lab is asking for. I do not know what my professor means when she says (make sure to include both eukaryotes and prokaryotes). I know the difference between them but I still do not know what to do with this lab report.

Ans. In this lab you have to analyse the presence of different prokaryotic and eukaryotic organisms at three separate areas - inside your house, near your house and far from your house. Both prokaryotic and eukaryotic organisms would be present at each area.  Prokaryotes include bacteria and eukaryotes include fungi, amaoeba etc. You need to mention 3 organisms including both prokaryotes i.e. bacteria and eukaryotes i.e fungi from each location and pictures of them need to be attached.
