1. My plate concept is a dietary guide line for the people to consume the different nutrition types in proper amount. According to USDA, food taken in this amount will help to maintain a balanced diet.
It is a place depicting a plate divided into four along with a glass. The four divisions are vegetables (40%) ,fruits (10%), grains (30%),and protein(20%). The glass represents milk or yoghurt.
