1. My plate concept is a dietary guide line for the people to consume the different nutrition types in proper amount. According to USDA, food taken in this amount will help to maintain a balanced diet.

It is a place depicting a plate divided into four along with a glass. The four divisions are vegetables (40%) ,fruits (10%), grains (30%),and protein(20%). The glass represents milk or yoghurt.

2. Recommended Dietary Allowance( RDA) Adequate Intake (AI)

3. Nutritional information and list of ingredients . Percentage of juice. Name of the product.

The health claims that can be included in a label If a claim is provided for in a FDA regulation. A firm may also submit a health claim
