Protein filament have different ends and they have different. Elongation and diminishing end which is responsible for the change in length of these filaments and various signalling molecules has the functional site on these proteins and which can affect the size of the protein filament and maintain their dynamics and thus maintain cellular texture and position of various organelles ..
