The positive urease test shows the indication by changing the colour from yellowish-orange to intense pink -red of medium which is slant.

Positive Urease test is only confirmed in presence of this Helicobacter pylori. It helps in making up the colony in stomach and hence, necessary to mingle with highly acidic condition.
