Here we have purified a protein Q with a single band with size of 60 kDa in SDS. When we do gel filtration experiment the protein Q elute between enzyme alcohal dehydrogenase with molecular weight of 160kDa and beta amylase with molecular weight of 190kDa.

Which means that the protein Q have molecular weight mire than 160 and less than 190. Sprotein Q molecular weight will be 180kDa and have 3 subunit because in SDS we have get the single band of 60kDa , so 180 is multiple of 60*3 which means that the molecular weight of protein Q is 180 kDa and having three subunits.
