The theory of spontaneous generation was first challenged by Francesco Redi in 1668.so the theory was rejected long time ago.

b)In eukaryotes, motile cilia and flagella both make up a group of organelles called undulipodia. Eukaryotic cilia are identical to eukaryotic flagella structurally.

c)Prokaryotes have flagella sometimes, but they are structurally different from eukaryotic flagella.
