Answer- 25%
Sickle cell anemia is an Autosomal recessive disorder. The affected individual must carry both recessive alleles to be affected . If an individual carries one copy of recessive Allele and one copy of dominant alleles ,that Individual is a carrier , that is appears normal with no sickle cell anemia but transmits the gene to bext generation . A normal Individual will carry both dominant alleles .
Though an individual is normal in both Heterozygous and homozygous dominant genotypes.
