The cytoskeletons are helping for the transport and maintenance of mRNA at specific sites of the cells. The mRNA localisation facilitate proteins sorting. The nascent chains of cytoskeleton associated protein are anchoring mRNA on the cytoskeleton. Microtubules are involved in RNA cytoskeletal association in large cells. The cytoskeletons are also helping for the protein synthesis and post transcriptional events.
