The different conformations of catalytic sites are: loose, open, and tight.

ADP + Pi (substrate) binds to the open site. It is converted to ATP in tight site.

By rotating γ subunit, conformational change result into a change in the sites. Thus, ATP is released from the enzyme.

Therefore, ADP + Pi bind at the open site and New ATP is released.

In the loose site, bound ADP + Pi cannot be released.

In the tight site, condensation of ADP + Pi will form ATP. The ATP formed is bound very tightly.
