Answer #1

Ans. Asymptomatic carrier for a pathogen can pose a major threat for health care workers. When a patient who carries a pathogen but do not show symptoms at the time he or she is being treated by a doctor, the pathogen can be transferred from this carrier person to the normal doctor. As such the infected doctor can multiply infection of this pathogen to his patients. As such other heath care workers (nurses, paramedics) may get infected from a pathogen carrier asymptomatic patient. As such, there will be human to human transmission of this pathogen unknowingly. In such a way, exponential spread curve will be there unknowingly from a single infected asymptomatic pathogen carrier.
