Answer- (D) Pyrimidine bases are always different when comparing a molecule of DNA to a molecule of RNA.

Pyrimidine bases are: cytosine, thymine and uracil.

Uracil are reactive/unstable and present in RNA molecules where is in case of DNA thymine is present instead of uracil.

Rest of the molecules like pentose sugar, phosphate group and purine bases are similar in both DNA and RNA.

Though in RNA ribosome sugar present but in case of DNA deoxyribose sugar is present but both are 5 carbon molecule that is pentose sugar.
