Loop mediated isothermal amplication is a process through which we can amplify the DNA.Thus we can use this technology for diagonozing various diseases.It does not requires any expensive thermocyclers as it is isothermal.LAMP is highly specific to target sequences.It is more resistant to the inhibitors present in complex samples such as blood.LAMP is low cost,sensitive,specific and rapid.For muliplex assay LAMP is not a suitable option.It is effective in detecting like TB and malaria.
