In the direct ELISA pregnancy test, if 'enzyme-coupled mouse IgG anti-hCG antibody' was accidentally replaced with 'enzyme-coupled rabbit IgG anti-hCG antibody', what will be the result when testing a pregnant woman? What will be the result when testing a non-pregnant woman?

Pregnancy test is a confirmatory test for Pregnancy .It is done by assaying the hCG hormone presence in the urine or blood of human sample.hCG is hormone produced by placenta .It is exclusively present during the pregnancy .if the enzyme mouse IgG anti-hCG antibody is replaced with enzyme-coupled rabbit IgG anti-hCG antibody .It does not affect the ELISA test as the enzyme-coupled rabbit IgG anti-hCG antibody is compatible with hCG hormone as it can recognizes both the native complex and the β subunit of hCG.In non pregnant female,urine or blood hCG will be absent, thus if we Test a non pregnant woman for ELISA pregnancy test ,test will be negative.
