The short headof the muscle inserts on tuberosity distally whereas the long head inserts to the apex proximally of tuberosity. Bicipital aponeurosis also known as lacertus fibrosus found into the deep fascia on medial part of forearm which is a thick fascial band found nearthe musculotendinous junction of the biceps and also attaches to the ulnar part of the antebrachial fascia. Tendon of radial tuberosity surrounds the bursa to enable the frictionless motion.
