Standard chest electrode position in ECG are as follows:

V1: Positioned at right sternal border at the fourth intercostal space.

V2: Positioned at left sternal border at the fourth intercostal space.

V3: Positioned at the middle between V2 and V4.

V4: Positioned at the fifth intercostal space at the midclavicular line

V5: Positioned at horizontal space of fifth intercostal space at the left anterior axillary line. It is placed between V4 and V6.

V6: Positioned over the fifth intercostal space at the line of mid axil.

RA: Positioned at inner wrist of right arm

LA: Positioned at inner wrist of left arm

RL: Positioned at inner ankle of right leg

LL: Positioned at inner ankle of left leg
