If a patient with AIDS is able to get their t-cell count back up with the proper treatment regimen, does that mean with they will no longer be at able to pass the virus on to others?

What determines if a patient is at high or low risk of passing on the virus?

Answer 1 ) In pateints with AIDS ( Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome ) even if they are treated with ART( Antiretroviral therapy ) and The CD4 cell count comes to normal Still there are chances that the pateint is infectious to others and can transmit or able to pass the viruses to others because the virus is still present in the body and it can manifest anytime when the CD4 T cell count falls down because of not taking medication .It is present in seminal vesicles ,semen ,vaginal secretions etc .

Answer 2) HIV viral load ( quantity of Hiv virus in plasma) in Plasma is the only determinant which tell us whether the pateint is at high or low risk of passing on the virus to others .It is shown that the transmission is not there even if genital ulcer disease is there if viral load is less than 1700 copies of Hiv RNA per ml of blood .
