Point mutation : Mutation in the DNA where a single nucleotide base is deleted (deletion), inserted(insertion) or changed

Silent mutation : Mutation in the DNA that does not result in the change of the amino acid sequence of a protein

Missence : Mutation in the DNA that results in single amino acid change

Nonsense Mutation : Substitution mutation in the DNA that results in stop codon appearance in the place of a codon that codes an amino acid
