The cardiologist decided on a CABG to reroute the blood in the cardiac muscle. Veins were removed from his legs endoscopically with small ischemic areas to bybass the blockage.

Congestive heart failure : Heart failure is aa chronic condition in which the heart muscels cannot able to pump enough amount of blood to the body.

Ischemia: Ischemia refers to decreased or restricted blood supply to cells which cause hypoxia at cellular site.

Necrosis: Due to ischemia or lack of blood supply to cells the cellular function not take place and it lead to death of cells.

CABG: It is a surgical procedure known as coronary artery bypasss graft used to treat coronary artery diseases. It include diverting the blood flow through ischemic or obstructed part of coronary artery and it will improve blood supply to cells after the block by grafting new way.
