Clinical Principle of EMG(Electromyography)

The EMG compute the muscle reaction or the electrical action in regards to a nerve's stimulation of muscle.This test is done to identify the neuromuscular deformities.At the time of testing,one or more than one small sized needles(commonly known as electrodes) are placed through the skin to the muscle.

Physiological principle of EMG

Actually electromyography signal is a kind of biomedical signal which calculate the electrical current produced in the muscle at the time of its contraction showing the neuromuscular activity and because of that the electromyography signal is a very complex signal ,that is maintained by the nervous system and which is conditional on anatomical and physiological features of the muscles.
