Answer-(Sustentacular cells)

TARGET CELLS OF FSH:

IN MALES- sertoli cells in the testis.Sertoli cells also known as sustentacular cells, provide the supporting framework in which the germ cells are embedded.
IN FEMALES - Granulosa cells of ovary.

* IN MALES- It increases the production of androgen-binding protein from sertoli cells necessary for sustaining sperm cells. It also stimulates testicular growth.
