Define the Myopia, Hyperopia, Astigmatism, Color blindness, and Diplopia disorders, and the treatment for correction. If lenses are needed describe the type of lens needed. Is there an alternative to wearing lenses?

1.Myopia/Near sightedness: is a condition in which far objects are not seen clearly but can see near objects.Treatment:Using concave lens and surgeries- refractive and LASIK.

2.Hyperopia/Far sightedness:is a condition which near object are not seen clearly but can see far objects.Treament: Using convex lenses .Surgeries:LASIK

3.Astigmatism: is the visual problem caused by the error in cornea's shape of the eye and it can cause blurred and distorted vision.Treatment: Using Toric lenses (concave/convex/mixed).Surgery:LASIK

4.Colour blindness:is the inherited diseases which the individual can't distinguish certain colours (red, green,blue..).Treatment:Using filtered glass can be done upto a limit.

5.Diplopia/double vision: is the disease which the individual see two images of the same object.Treatment:Using contact lenses.Surgeries: Eyelid correction.
