Alphose stroke volume will decrease dramatically as when the pulmonary circulation is obstructed the ability of blood to reach the left side of heart is reduced . When the pulmonary circulation is obstructed it will lead to reduction in the blood movement from the right ventricle ti the left atrium of our heart .so stroke volumes will decrease

Heart rate will increase tremendously as a result of this obstruction to overcome the need for blood supply

Also the mean arterial pressure will also increase to maintain the blood supply
