If we have the wish to have a certain muscle fibre type my option will be fast twitch muscle type IIb. It's fast glycolytic muscle. This muscle has the power to produce powerful contractions within a short time and allows us to be faster for a short time. These muscles gets fatigue fast but within that time it helps us to do a great work in short time. It helps us to sprint so fast. So if we have more of fast glycolytic muscle fibre it will help us to become world's best sprinter or heavy weight lifter. So this is why I wish for this muscle type.
