Answer #1

The sex is the biological diffrence between two individuals and the gender is the individual's identity or role of female and male in the society. The gender is socially constructed as it refers to the culturally constructed meanings, behaviors, and attitudes associated with what it means to be male or female in a given society.

The concept of gender is more central to the identity of an individual. In contrast to sexual identity, gender identity is focused on one's view of oneself, rather than one's attractions. The gender decsribes a persons role in the society rather than looking at the sex of the person for discrimination.
