When a wound occur, body responds with a positive feedback loop which leads to clotting of blood.Certain Substances which are released due to injury by the injured blood vessel wall begin the clotting process. Then there is positive feedback -these substances accelerates the process of clotting until the clot becomes very large andstop the bleeding.

Positive feedback also occur during the end of the follicular phase of menustral cycle.

Estrogen Released from growing ovarian follicles act as a positive inducer of anterior pituitary & triggers the anterior pituitary to release more FSH & LH. These gonadotropins (FSH and LH )stimulate the ovary to produce more estrogen which leads further raise in estrogen.
