Studies says that stress had a significant role in the immunity of a person. Stress affect the immunity power of the person negatively. During stres our metabolic rate become high and due to this our body easily become tired. And also during the stressor situations our body produce any hormones mostly the stress hormone corticosteriod, it had a negative effect on the immune system. It supress the action of immune system against antigens or microorganisms present in the body and the person become more susceptable to infections.
