Olfactory nerve: It is a sensory nerve. Its specific function is to smell sensation. Any damage to the olfactory nerve causes loss of smell sensation and the person cannot identify the smell.
Optic nerve: Which is the second cranial nerve, it is a sensory nerve which help in the vision and visual feild. Any damage to the optic nerve causes loss of vision.
Oculomotor nerve : It is a type of motor nerve. Its function is extraocular eye movement, movement of the spihincter of pupil etc. While any damage occurs to this nerve it leads to difficulty in the eye movement and focus on one object.
Trochlear: It is a type of motor nerve which help in the lateral and downward movement of eyeball. Any damages to this nerve will affect the lateral and downward movement of eyeball.
Maxillary nerve: It is a type of sensory nerve which help in the sensation of skin of face and anterior oral cavity.
