Creatine is a substance that improve muscle strength,increase muscle mass and help the muscles to recover quickly from heavy exercises.The ingested creatine transported to the cells by CreaT1 and CreaT2 protein which is present in the testes.And it is regulated by phosphorylation,glycosylation and extra/intra-cellular levels of creatine.

When the creatine level in the body decreased, the CreaT1(mitochondrial isoform) allows creatine tranport to motochondria which creates an intra-mitochondrial pool of creatine that helps in the transport of Posphate to the cystol.

This increased total Creatine pool results more ATP(adenosine triposphate) regeneration during resistance training that helps the athlet to aquire a higher training intensity and quality of workpool.
