Do people need these supplements? What about the safety of taking nutrient supplements –who is looking out for the consumer? If people take supplements, how can they choose the appropriate ones? 4. Adminsitration of supplements after workout helps to build muscle mass. The use of protein post workout allay muscle fatigue and helps build body mass.
