Answer #1

The dental image interpretation is done by explanation of the dental image and analyze the same for any sort of problems. The image interpretation is important as it enables the dental professional to examine the teeth closely, help in disease detection, presence of lesion and understand the condition of the teeth. With help of the interpretation it helps in explaining what is seen on the dental image. An apt explanation for the same will be a dentist or a dental professional who is trained in normal anatomy of mouth and teeth, periodontal disease, lesions and dental caries is able to take the image and interpret the same. The image can either be taken by a dental professional or a radiologist but the interpretation is to be done by a dental professional due to their sound knowledge of dental frame.
