explanation- vestibulocochlear nerve is a eighth cranial nerve. It carries impulses from the inner ear . This nerve carry impulse of sound and equilibrium.

Thus, damage to this nerve will cause hearing problem and equilibrium problems like hearing loss, dizziness, vertigo, balance problem, nausea , vomiting etc.

This nerve doesn't carry visual sensation, so it's damage will not cause blurred vision.
