This metabolism dictates the type and duration of exercises one can do. Energy to do exercise comes from diet.

Diet should be rich in proteins to build muscles. Diet should have the essential micronutrients like iron and zinc to boost metabolism. Energy rich foods and vitamins like vitamin C is essential.
