2.clear straw colored fluid portion of blood ,about 55%of total volume of blood

3.it contains fibernogen .

4.anti coagulants are required for the separation of plasma from the blood

5.it contains inorganic molecules ,fats ,sugars ,plasma proteins etc ..

Serum :

1.it is the part of blood which does not contain clotting factors

2.fibrinogen not present .

3.volume of serum less the plasma .

4.it contains 90% of water
