The following UA was collected in the Emergency Room and was immediately tested. dipstick results were Nitrite= negative, LE=negative, Blood = large The patients microscopic results were as follows: 10-30 WBC's, 3+ Gram Positive Bacteria and 0-5 RBC's What would cause the inconsistencies between the 3 dipstick results and microscopic results

NITRITE IS NEGATIVE,IT CAN BE FALSE NEGATIVE IN CASE OF
LEUKOCYTE ESTERASE IS NEGATIVE ,IT CAN BE FALSE NEGATIVE IN CASE OF
BLOOD IS LARGE IT CAN BE FALSE POSITIVE
MICROSCOPIC ANALYSIS OF URINE SUGGEST
