Discuss the methodology you used, including possible deviations that could have occurred during testing. Then identify the somatotype of your subject and provide a macronutrient split recommendation for your subject based on his/her somatotype. Explain why you feel that the macronutrient split you provided is appropriate for your client.

There are three types of somatotypes for that macro ratio is defined.

Ectomorph: These persons have a skinny body. Their body has a narrow frame. They have difficulty in gaining weight due to speedy metabolism. Their body is carbohydrate tolerant. Ectomorph people need 55% carbohydrates; 25% proteins; and 20% fats in their diet.

Mesomorph: These persons have wide shoulders and a smaller waist. They gain muscle easily while the fat gain is easier than an ectomorph. Their body is in a symmetrical frame. Mesomorphs should have to include 40% carbohydrates; 30% proteins; and 30% fats in their diet.

Endomorph: These persons gain fat and muscle easily. Their body frame is larger. They have difficulty in losing weight. They are low carbohydrate tolerance. Endomorphs should include 25% carbohydrates; 35% proteins; and 40% fats in their diet.
