Corpus callosum is the bridge between the two hemispere of the brain which allows communication between them by tranmitting neural messages.Larger Corpus callosum means increased thickness, increase in the number of connecting fibres, and increased fibre myelination degree which provides a detailed information more spacially between the two parts.

Damaged Corpus calllosum cause impairment in orientation, attention, execution, calculation, memory, language, repetation capability.
