  • An eversion sprain is a tear of the deltoid ligament on inside of the ankle.It is often called medial ankle sprain or deltoid ligament sprain.
  • Ankle sprain are common that can result life long problem . Some people with repeated sprain can result in long term joint pain and weakness.
  • Range of motion excercise begin right after injury , which include :-
  • Trace the alphabet with toe ( 2-3 times ) , which encourages ankle movement in all direction .
  • Sit in a chair with your foot flat on the floor , slowly move yopur knees side to side while keeping your foot pressed flat.
  • Towel curls - while sitting place your foot on the towel on the floor and scrunch the towel towards you with your toes.Then also using your toe push the towel away  from you. Try this by adding some weighted object on towel.
  • After these excercise put ice on your ankle 5 times a day.
